4. Refund processed within 3 business days after inspection

• All protective films must remain intact for returns
• Bulk orders (5+ units) have customized return arrangements

Sustainable Returns

Laptops that can’t be resold as new are professionally refurbished and donated to educational initiatives through our technology renewal program.
